Fraudulent Folks Posing as SAPs Create Major Problems



Here are the links to a 2 part expose about loopholes that created openings for people posing as qualified SAPs . They are registered in the Clearinghouse, collecting money and making entries in the Clearinghouse. Drivers are not being assessed, are not going to education or treatment and in many cases not actually taking a RTD test.
