TC Trainers Co., Inc. manufactures hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical training aids utilizing standard industrial components. This provides the same “look and feel” from the hands-on instruction, as the student would experience in the field.

TC Trainers’ line of instructional aids is designed to offer a comprehensive set of laboratory exercises that meet a broad spectrum of topics normally encountered in the field. All trainers are supplied with instructor’s manual, student’s manual and operating instructions. Also available are course materials and texts that are applicable to the trainer discipline. When require, the trainers can be modified to meet specific applications and needs.

The hydraulic trainers and the pneumatic trainers are available as single or double-sided units to provide the necessary workspace for the number of students. Also available are electro-hydraulic and electro-pneumatic trainers for intermediate and advanced level training in the fluid power industry.

The mechanical trainer uses a modular concept that provides the necessary components and tools applicable to each topic. This trainer is available as a complete unit, which includes up to 7 training modules and a rolling work cart. The modules may also be purchased individually to meet specific training needs.
